Gili’s journey began at Bar-Ilan University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management with a focus on Cyber, followed by a master’s in Military and Security Studies specializing in Cyber and Strategy. She also completed Bar-Ilan’s executive course for senior leadership and board members, equipping her to lead in the complex world of digital security.

“At Bar-Ilan, I learned how to make decisions under pressure, how to think strategically about threats, and how to connect between technology, national security, and organizational resilience.” Says Gili.

Turning Knowledge Into Action Across Israel and the Globe

Over the years, Gili built a dynamic career in cybersecurity. She managed complex cyber incidents, helped organizations navigate advanced threats, led compliance processes, and built employee awareness programs. Her hands-on experience includes working with both Israeli and international organizations across industries.

Building a Business That Brings Cyber Expertise to Everyone

After completing her second degree, Gili took a leap of faith. She launched her own cybersecurity consultancy aimed at supporting small and mid-sized organizations, those often left behind when it comes to professional security services. Her firm offers vCISO services, risk management, regulatory support, cyber preparedness, and employee training. Every solution is tailored, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.

What Sets Her Apart: Strategy Meets Sensitivity

What distinguishes Gili’s work is the rare blend of strategic thinking with human understanding. Her background in emergency management and security allows her to develop solid frameworks, but it’s her ability to connect with people and adapt to each organization’s culture that makes her work truly transformative.

“I see myself as a partner, not a checkbox,” she says. “My role is to help organizations build trust, adapt to change, and prepare for whatever comes next.”

A Personal, Practical Approach to Cybersecurity

Whether she’s working with frontline employees or sitting in the boardroom, Gili brings clarity, care, and confidence. She simplifies the complex, builds trust across all levels, and ensures that cybersecurity becomes part of the organization’s culture, not a task on a to-do list.

Where Education Meets Impact

“Bar-Ilan gave me the vision to lead with both heart and precision,” Gili reflects. “It helped me connect big-picture strategy with everyday decisions that matter.”
